Not sure what you mean by the graphics not delivering on the demands they make on the hardware. If you have a crappy system it looks like crap, if you have a great system the game looks great.
I have a great system and the game is absolute STUNNING.
I agree on the animations, gameplay and the interface though. Especially the interface. Sometimes i wonder if developers actually play their own games because it only takes 5 minutes to see how unintuitive and confusing the interface is...

It depends on where i am, mostly i have 20ish with everything on max and HDR, 15 in some areas. If i turn HDR off i get like a 200% boost to my fps but without HDR the game looks like garbage imo.

Turn off HDR and the game will run like a charm even outdoors. It wont be as purty though

is anyone here playing a mage? Ive tried warrior and it was kind of boring, then i tried archer and it was a wee bit too hard.
Also, is it just me or do your major skills advance WAY faster then your minor ones?
